ut we have the squads going in breaking doors down providing medical marijuana. and those poor people in the black areas and latino areas, they are arrested. and that follows them for the rest of their lives. that says it's up to the states and i ask my colleagues to say that they should support the states' rights to make this decision. it is -- this is a state issue. and i have a bill which says that basically says, i will say it says, it's a state respecting the federal government shall respect state medical marijuana laws and when we do that, it will be up to the people. that's what our founding fathers wanted and we left it up to the states and we especially left that issue ofal drug enforcement but also law enforcement at the local level when local police and so those are two ideas that i thought i would share with my colleagues tonight that would save billions of dollars on the wall and trying to change our attitude and stop the waste that we are and creating drug cartels when it comes to marijuana, we need to change that law and leave it up to the states and if we have people that need help
