to blake berman in chart, north carolina. if you are donald trump and you think that this battle going on in florida you might get the shorter end of the stick. you could almost pick up as many delegates in north carolina. >> donald trump was here in this state in north carolina yesterday as well, neil. ted cruz was here and made two different stops in the area. you are exactly right. because a greek now, march 15 you have got winner take all states. florida is 99 delegates. that's where trump and rubio are tonight. ohio is 69 delegates. that's where john kasich is tonight. then you get to north carolina where we are and where ted cruz was earlier today. that's proportional. here in north carolina you can come in second and claim a victory by saying we picked up some delegates. it's the delegate argument that cruz was making earlier today saying at this point he feels it's only trump and himself that can get to that magic number of 1,237, and he feels everybody else should coalesce around hip. here was cruz in north carolina.
