heart organizers are cleaning up after a successful inaugural concert at kinnick stadium last blake shelton, thomas rhett and big and rich performed throughout the night. hawkeye quarterback c-j bethard's brother tucker also performed. tucker even brought c-j up on stage to as he wrote on twitter "attempt to sing." proceeds from the concert benefit the native fund which helps iowans who have experienced natural disasters. now the university of iowa will transform the stadium back in time for next week's hawkeye football home opener. a new study suggests well water could be dangerous to drink. the university of iowa study and last year. the des moines register reports the study found nearly 12 percent of wells had unsafe levels of nitrate. 8 percent had unsafe levels of arsenic. and 43 percent had a kind of bacteria that can be a good indicator of e-coli. no state or federal laws require people with private wells to test for nitrates, bacteria and arsenic. public health statistics show only about 2 percent of iowans with wells test every year. fundraiser this afternoon. the event ran from 12
