thank you president bleiman and good evening, commissioners. it has been a long time since we last met. it's been about two months actually. there's been a lot going on since then. since the last hearing, there have been 176 new sound complaints. entertainment is back in full swing and the city is coming back to life. i've highlighted five businesses to talk about tonight. as always, please let me know if you have any questions once i'm finished. the first business i want to talk about is jackson on filmore in the marina. this position has received numerous noise complaints coming from their outdoor area. now that we have the residential neighbors close by, but more so from the chelsea inn across the street. a notice of violation on august 4th and i'm happy to report that since then the complaints have toned down a bit. it has proactively reached out to the neighbors and met with the chelsea and management and this has helped a lot. moving forward, i'm going to be working with the business's manager to recondition their permit to include specia
