i'm wolf blitzer in washington. the special counsel, robert mueller, has submitted his report to the justice department, to the new attorney general bill barr. bill barr has just submitted a four-page, single-spaced letter to congress with a lot of details. his conclusions on what robert mueller and his special counsel team came up with. bottom line, he concludes there was no collusion. the president keeps saying no collusion. the special counsel concludes there was no conspiracy, no solution, certainly not enough to prosecute anyone involving the trump administration. terms of coordination with russia during the u.s. presidential election. there's not enough evidence to go ahead and find that anyone obstructed justice, that the president did not obstruct justice, that the bottom line, they quote the special counsel in this letter, as saying while this report does not conclude the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him. that's a direct quote from robert mueller's findings after nearly two years.
