you see not only in the streets but blocking sidewalks.ink why do they put them on the sidewalks. i asked somebody that when they put these in the street people drive up on the sidewalk to drive up in the the street. that is why you see them on the sidewalk and ones on the sidewalk will be last ones removed because they are in the blocking streets of traffic. people on the sidewalk will have a tougher time getting by then people on the streets. but look at this, we have progress, that truck went down the outer loop lanes of the parkway, so we're on 22nd street where we were friday and it is all reopened, this intersection back opened and we have seen car traffic. i don't know if that is people or employees wearing dark clothes. the the guys that will tear everything down. if you are driving be careful before the sun comes up because these guys aren't like joggers are wearing reflective clothes and lime greenery flecktive suits. be sayer full. there is a lot of workers walking around on the dark streets of the center city philadelphia day.
