and the blogger says smile when your kids walk in the door. and i think this is cool.come in from school. you never know if they're crabby, a great day or awful time on the bus or whatever. but when you smile when they walk in the door, immediately makes you little bit happier. and it lets the kids know that they're welcome to be there. we can't do mom squad seg the without talking about karen hepp. look at this picture, her three sullivan boys. the vice here is try to have a meal together. it doesn't necessarily have to be dinner. this is breakfast. once a day. and the blogger says if you really can't do it because of all of the different things everyone has going on try to do it once a week but definitely sit down eat talk to each other. we try do that at our house. pretty cool. this is one i can't do. wake up 15 minute early. i can't possibly do. that will because my kids, i'm already waking up earlier than them. it says let yourself have a cup of coffee before you get the day going. and i have to say back to mary ann, she said she tip beingly wakes up at 25:00 even
