sara bloomquist is live now. what can you tell us? >> i have the information that you have as well. that the fbi and police have found 43-year-old michael trotta and his daughter 3-year-old elinor in the state of massachusetts. trotta would be taken into custody and the daughter is found safe and in the custody of the fbi we are reporting all day an amber alert whereas reported last night after trotta took his 3-year-old daughter from the home the child shares with her mother in newcastle delaware there has been an all out manhunt for him and the little girl ever since they were thought to be traveling in a red suv, it's unclear the circumstances surrounding how they were found in the state of massachusetts, but the fbi has been involved in this search and the search went on in several states that amber alert in several states where trotta was thought to have connections. but the breaking news right now 43-year-old michael trotta and his daughter 3-year-old elinor are found safe and sound in the state of massachusetts. we'll be gathering more information on this, and the amber alert

"action news" reporter sarah bloomquist live in pennsauken in a neighborhood next to that ramp. sarah you have the latest for usism rick and monica we're here on wyndam road in the neighborhood adjacent to the exit ramp where this tanker carrying 8,000 gallons of gasoline overturned this morning. and you can see right in their backyard the blackened hillside and wreckage where this fire raged. firefighters and other work crews are up there right now. they pumped off the remaining to hundred gallons of gas if the tanker and now that the metal has schooled they can remove the wreckage which will take hours. the ramp itself is closed indefinitely. around 11 o'clock this morning a tanker truck overturned on the exit ramp from route 90 to route 130 near the betsy ross bridge. neighbors heard explosions. >> i go up to the window and i look and i look across the way and there's like a towering inferno of smoke and everything, so i watched it until they finally evacuated us. >> reporter: thick black smoke billowed down residential streets as neighbors left their homes. >> we got the nic

with rick williams, sara bloomquist, and meteorologist, david murphy. >>> we begin with the lightest from stafford township, new jersey, in ocean county at least two were hurt and 75 homes were evacuated after a gas explosion on oak avenue. the gas crews were looking for the source of the leak when it ignighted this morning. chopper 6 hd was over the scene after the explosion and it was leveled. police say between 75 and 100 homes are evacuated right now and it's affected area stretches from route 9 to perkins lane, that is the video from after it happened. this is the way it looks now, it looks like the fire is extinguished. we know that the gas company -- well it's still burning there -- it's an active gas leak here and they have evacuated the area because there is an imminent danger here, it's unstable and the gas company is on the scene trying to turn off the source of the gas, they have evacuated a large area here to get people out of the way and they have been evacuated when the gas company was called out because of the odor of gas and they evacuated the homes and at this point
