at the same time we're covering everyone and we're providing a good benefit package, just like blue cross blue shields too. what this does is eliminate choices because if the states are allowed to tailor a program in exchange for their own constituents in their state i believe it will be more robust, it will be a better plan tailored to those people from new jersey, in my case, or texas, in the case of dr. burgess. by taking away the money through the exchanges, all you're going to do is make that more and more difficult. states will still have to do it but they won't have a good plan. they may limit their choices. they may not have a lot of choices which they would have if they have some money to plan and be rational about how this works. and, of course, the more likely scenario is that we'll simply have a federal exchange and a lot of states will opt out and not even have their own state exchange. i think that would be a mistake to do. i really do. as much as, you know, i'd rather have a federal exchange than no exchange i do think it would make sense to have state exexchanges. again, w
