you mentioned it is difficult to discern between fleet week and america's cup and strictly bluegrass. how would we calculate additional costs for police, fire, other infrastructure when we have multiple events going on that weekend? >> i think the aggregation from my perspective was around the spectators, what they are doing. i think in terms of america's cup proposition, if what america's cup is doing is requiring new efforts beyond what would be provided for fleet week, that is what we want to see in our being. for example america's cup will do some activating on marina green. awe we know fleet week has the bulk of the main park. so to the extent there are rec park costs for overseeing that build or, you know, other security things we have to stretch down, one other thing we are doing is bicycle valet. not something fleet week has done in the past but something we have in the america cup people plan. that is something we are expecting our budget to pay for, not fleet week. it is things different and kind from what people understood. those are ones we want to come to us. >> i apologi

then we have the hardly strictly bluegrass festival, in the low 60's.ou'll want to dress in layers there, because when the wind picks up during the afternoon hours, we'll get a bit on the chilly side. we will see that wind at the seashore, 60's coming around the peninsula. then we jump into the 70's into morgan hill at 74. it was 76 today in gilroy. >>> east of the bay, in the mid 70's. the closer you get to the bay, into the 60's. north bay, up to 73. and sonoma, low 70's. and san francisco tumbles 8 degrees into that 60-degree range. that area of low pressure moves closer on monday. we do have a slight chance of a shower back in the forecast monday and tuesday. transition day on wednesday. then a little bit more seasonal on thursday through saturday with the dry skies and back that the upper 70's. in fact, typically this time of year, we should be into that 80- degree range in our inland areas. today the highest we got was about 76 in gilroy. this time last week we were in the triple digits. keeps you busy. >>> it's a fantastic problem for the oakland

. >> reporter: it's the 12th year of the hardly strictly bluegrass festival at golden gate park.rganizers say it attracts a quarter of a million people. it's one of the many draws to the city this weekend. they're expecting 100,000 in attendance to fleet week. that's more than 300,000 people each day. >> it's scary. everyone said over a million people would be coming through town. i mean i love the blue angels and fleet week, but i'll just have to look up from here. >> reporter: these bluegrass fans also have giants fever. >> it's going to be a nightmare. >> reporter: they plan to leave parking out of the equation. >> we'll go back to our parked cars about a mile or two from here and a hop muni and go down to the game. >> reporter: b.a.r.t has hooked up a dozen extra trains and called in extra station agents. and even with dozens of additional muni routes, these buss were jam-packed. >> it kind of makes for an exciting weekend. you know, there is a lot of stuff going on, and that's why san francisco is great. >> reporter: while it's not great for drivers, it's more the merrier fo
