i think health care is a winning issue for democrats across the board. we know the president's handling ofmittees and the 30th percentile in terms of approval for the way he's handled health care. we know he supported federal lawsuits that basically will take away protections for pre-existing conditions. >> neil: you raise a good point and how this could sort out, but i wonder, beverly, there's a limit how aggressively they go after bloomberg. this is a same guy who wrote a check to help the nominee, the party. they don't want to go too far. >> he is and lot of influence over the years, not just with local communities across the country but some of those individuals he's going to be debating. what's fascinating is his team already came out and said that this is in his forte. he is not great at public speaking so they are already dumpling expectations just a little bit. they are hoping that if he doesn't have a super strong showing it won't hurt them too badly the polls. from a messaging standpoint, i do think he needs to be on the more moderate level, but he's going to be attacked tonight.

this morning at the contra costa county board of supervisors meeting the county health will update the coronavirus. the san francisco airport commission is also meeting this morning. ucf health addressed cases tuesday. a man infected his wife after coming home from a trip to wuhan china. that's the center of the coronavirus. this brings the number of the coronavirus cases in the united states to 11. four of those are here in the bay area. two at ucsf and two in santa clara county. ucsf says we have instituted a number of measures to screen patients as well as prevent the coronavirus's spread. ucsf health is ensuring we the cdc will screen anyone who's been to mainland china in the last two weeks. by customs and border protection and will have to monitor themselves. it's a different story for travelers who aren't citizens. >> cbp is no longer granting entry to anyone. any foreign citizens who have been in that region. so really it's a change in terms of cdc to who they're screening and it's a change for cbp in terms of who they're letting into the united states. . >> the san francisco a
