the boardwalk in atlantic city 39 degrees. in allentown currently 37 degrees. then you factor in the breeze, the wind really not that strong. but even with a wind at 5-10 miles per hour it does have an impact on the temperature. it feels like 34 in philadelphia, feels like 32 in reading, 29 in wilmington, and feels like 31 degrees at the shore. and satellite 6 along with action radar showing the system that brought us the first snowflakes of the season, that moved off the coast of new england. and now really the dominant feature is the arctic high pressure. it is really having an impact on the eastern half of the country. it's not just us. the wind chills make it feels like 34 in philadelphia, but feels like 36 in atlanta right now. memphis feels even colder, 33 degrees. cincinnati 25 degrees. we will be sticking with the cold weather right knew the weekend. and tonight we definitely do want to bundle up. tonight's low in philadelphia, forecasting a low of 29 degrees. this will be the first night of temperatures in the 20s since march 27. so a bit of a shock to

speaking of the shore there's a rollercoaster on the wildwood boardwalk called the great nor'easter.w if this storm today is going to be the great nor'easter but it could have some pretty great impacts, well, not so great but some pretty substantial impacts on the traffic and transit for later on today. at this point overall we're not looking too terrible but as we check flight tracker this morning we think that the nor'easter, the storm could impact flights later on. at this point we're already starting to see a few cancellations. i would expect some delays if you're headed down to the north carolina airports early this morning. the storm rolling through there so if you're headed into charlotte oral lee i would expect to see those delays. already a few cancellations for those of you headed to d.c., the reagan international airport. no major cancellations at our airport just yet but we would expect some as the day progresses. already there are some cancellations in the big new york city three airports, la guardia j.f.k. and newark. late evening into the early afternoon hours we expec

we're we're in the mid 40s along the boardwalks in atlantic city and sea isle at this time. we have cloud cover to the west that may streak through. those in the northern and western suburbs see more of it than we do in south jersey and delaware and philadelphia. the curvature of the earth sun goats over the clouds, we start out nice and bright. later today there could be a sweep or two of clouds, but generally speaking it's a mainly sunny day. up in allentown, plenty, 60 winds that will help. down the shore, milder getting up to 64 degrees, mainly sunny, cool on the nice side. in philadelphia, pretty much the same story it's going to be on the cool side, above average high of 61. lots of sunshine, pretty nice with the winds staying in the single digits today. as we roll through the day, 41 degrees by 8:00. 52 by 11. 61 is the high, you'll see we'll hit that around 2:00. we're down to 5 degrees by 5:00. for the eagles look for a kickoff temperature of 50 degrees and 48 at the end of game. partly cloudy an dry, not a lot of winds chilly enough for a jackets an sweatshirt bene
