fraud trial is set to begin, prosecutors say henson was behind the robocols for the campaign of bob ehrlich. the calls told voters o'malley and president barack obama had won before the polls had even closed. in december, ehrlich's manager was found guilty of fraud for his role in authorizing the calls. >>> man many suspect in the 2009 disappearance of his wife in utah is dead this morning. police say josh powell booby trapped his washington state home to take his life and the lives of his two sons. >> reporter: home video shows the intense flames after an explosion ripped through this house in washington state, killing three people. investigators say two boys died, along with their father, josh powell. powell is the husband of a missing utah woman. >> this wasn't an accident. this is josh powell, we believe killed his kids. >> reporter: firefighters are picking through the smoldering debris to pinpoint what caused the explosion. police report powell appears to have used accelerants. the home blew up moments after a worker with child protective services dropped the boys off for a supervised
