pennsylvania senator bob casey renewed a push now for a bill that would protect young children from falling furniture. >> this comes as viral video shows a dresser falling on children playing. joyce evans a life in the stud studio. >> reporter: lucy and iain he's trying to safe lives that's what senator casey and supporters of the measure are going for. the study showed that more than 360 children died from falling furniture or appliances on top of that furniture and that was just in over 11 month period. 11 year period. this chilling video you're looking at right here twin toddlers playing illustrate what can happen. three injuries per hour more than 25,000 a year. you see one of the little boys trying to rescue his brother from under that dresser. they say furniture companies have been finding ways to skirt around the current stability standards for clothing storage units which have been voluntary. kids are still getting hurt. the sturdy act hopes to make stability standards more specific and mandatory. the act directs the consumer protect -- consume they are product safety commission to adopt a stronger mandatory stability standard for clothing storage units. casey is hoping to rein

bob. a lot of trading going on here, running. oracle closing things down here at the new york stock exchange. bill miller coming up on the second hour of the "closing bell" with kelly evans and company. see you tomorrow, kell. >>> yes. thank you, bill. welcome to "the closing bell," everybody. i am kelly evans. an interesting day today on wall street. the dow couldn't close positive, down about 20 points. doesn't look like a lot of the buy orders came in. we were discussing, it dropped .1% to 19,804. we have been running in place a couple hundred points shy of 20,000. s&p closed at 2271. nasdaq up .33% or thereabouts. and russell 2,000 making up some of the ground it lost yesterday with a .5% gain. dollar up. transports rebounded. they also had underperformed. netflix finished the trading day higher ahead of its earnings. just turned positive. you can see there pretty much right at the close about .25% gain for netflix, trading around $133. we'll bring you their results, of course, as soon as they are out. bill miller, the chairman of lmm, joins us on his take on everything from tech, airlines, treasuries. >>> joining me now me is senior markets commentator and columnist
