but there is no rest for the weary at the ben franklin bridge, bob kelly. >> no, sue good morning everybody, this is a look from skyfox last night around 8:30, when this tractor-trailer coming in philadelphia didn't take the turn very well on the philadelphia side. and flipped over on it side, it was caring fruit. now there has been a lot of activity all through the night. they had to hand off-load the cargo, the truck is still sitting in that same location on it side. i stopped there this morning and talk to the work crews and the police, and they currently have two lanes coming into philadelphia. so let's go to the live traffic camera right now. if you are getting ready to leave the house come into philadelphia we're okay, right now. there is the two key words right now there is light volume. but the key here is this concrete barrier the dividing barrier, and anyone that ever comes over the benny you see that big green machine well, that picks up the barrier moves it over, to give us four lanes coming into philadelphia for the morning rush hour. that tractor-trailer fell on top of this co
