we just got bob goodman again, who is a neighbor who witnessed the whole thing. let me go to you again, mr. goodman. can you hear me? >> yeah. i can hear you well. >> mr. goodman, you live i think three doors down from the house where this boat was, where the suspect was finally arrested. tell me what you saw. >> well, what i saw, when the ban was lifted around i think it was 6:00 or 6:30, we went out for a short walk and when we were halfway around the block, about 25 police cars came screeching down the street, and it obviously looked like they were on to something. then it was just a matter of minutes before fire engines came and the s.w.a.t. team and so forth. that's what we saw initially. then we saw, you know, just many, many, many, many hundreds and hundreds of law enforcement officials flooded into the neighborhood. >> and when it came to the actual moment of capture and arrest, did you actually see that happening? >> no. we did not see that happening. we knew when it happened because a big round of applause went up, you know, but the people who were there
