bob iger was a little laggard into moving direct to the consumer many he's got the materials, th theoing to get sky by the way which will give espn a major international footprint. maria: you don't think comcast gets sky? >> i don't think so. maria: why? >> fox just filed with the u.k. regulators today and got a new ruling that says they only have to buy 51% from the 39% that fox owns. that gives disney a chance to control sky for a lot less money than the $35 billion that it's going to cost to buy the whole thing. >> i'm glad you brought that up. before the threshold was 75%. one of the interesting things that came out of idaho was analysts thought that the baby was going to be split. disney is going to get fox, 21st century fox and all of a sudden comcast can have sky. this news completely changes the paradigm for that. where's comcast going to stand? >> comcast is between a rock and a hard place. they also have 30% of hulu now which disney owns 60% of. maria: will maria: they want to keep that? >> income cast will exit sat some point. disney can make sure they don't get any profit
