bob, what are like the investig is cleared up. >> reporter: the officers are removing the crime sceneape. the shooting happened at the drive-through of this walgreens at broadway and redwood in vallejo. police pretty much have wrapped up and collected their evidence. this hammed around 12:30 this morning. we believe there was a suspect who was looting the store, this walgreens, was confronted by police. the suspect then rammed an unmarked police vehicle, was shot at by an officer and then sped off. the condition of the officer who was rammed, we don't know their condition, but we believe they're okay. there was a chase. the suspect was caught and placed in an ambulance in the city of rodeo. it's not clear if that person was hit by the police gunshots on if they were being transported for some sort of other injury. their condition is unknown. just down the street from us law enforcement chased two other looting suspects. they hit speeds of 100 miles an hour. this is video i captured as they were blasting out of vallejo. the chase ended up coming back through vallejo south into contra c
