i remember the excitement and getting to hang out with bob schieffer. from our vantage point being in this business it wases great but from the city's vantage point everything was lit up, everything was pack and it was all hand on deck from the police department and politicians just to the people that all were able to make some money off of this thing when air cabdriver, busboy or anything. it was a very good business week for the the town. even before that week all of the guys that layout plans before that have to arrive especially when you have a sitting president coming to speak like we had then with george w. bush getting elected in 2,000. you have the the president barack obama will be in office, already. so it will be a bigger event this time. even though conventions are in big deal now. there is in more surprises or no more business done but just a big party and we know about it from being here because with the producers of the show booked me in this segment they had no eye tea that what you mentioned with your historical knowledge 50 years ago r
