we have individuals representing the southeast community commission, bobby brown and helen yang. the chair of the waste water subcommittee michael hammond, virginia holmes, the owner of pet camp, and ms. espanola jackson. the task force was very diligent. they volunteered their time. the net monthly with us in the evenings at the southeast treatment ant for two or three hours. we went on technical tours. they worked on behalf of the community in their neighborhood to try to further the implementation of the project. the objective of the task force was to provide a fair and open review process to continue to develop the process. it was to licit local community thinking, sentiments, and concerns. they brought the facilities from 17 down to two. they identified the key issues for evaluation. those were cost, schedule, visual, architectural, and community benefits for the future. the group culminated their work on the digester task force report. you each have one of those in your pocket. it ia hea document. it iludes l of the agendas. t andas and topics were set by the comttee member

time for "today's beauty" and advice from mothers to daughters from other own beauty editor, miss bobbi brown >> how many books is this for you? >> it is six. >> "beauty rules." this is unique. >> my last book was ten years ago. it is an update. as a mother of three boys, i give advice really good to other people's girls. >> but are kids wearing more makeup? >> they are wearing more makeup. it is okay. there is nothing wrong with it if you teach them how to wear the right makeup to make them look better. >> a lot of girls think the moms are criticizing me. >> moms have to be careful. they mean the best, when the mother says, look, my daughter has this, can you helper? ? y you have to be careful because there can be sensitive issues here. >> we'll start with barbara and paige. who is barbara and paige? >> they look so pretty and they have such amazing eyes. their eyes are completely standout eyes. what we did is on mom we lined the whole eye and we made her eye stand out and we really just evened out her skin and made her look fresh and pretty. >> i like that. >> and she looks polished and pai
