killed when rough waves overturned a fishing boat sending five people into the frigid water near bodega bay. the accident happened a half mile west of arch rock. the five people aboard were crab fishing when a line got caught in the propeller and stalled the vote and flipped the vessel. a good fisherman was able to pull all five people to his boat and transfer them to the coast guard. one of the passengers, a 60-year-old man, died shortly after that. the other four passengers were treated for hypothermia. >>> lmg send help fast. that may be the new way that 911 dispatchers receive emergency calls via text. they can send streaming video from their mobile phones. david is live at police headquarters in san jose where an overwhelming number of calls arrive via cell phone. most people assume when they send the text they are getting it and it's a surprise they don't. >> the younger kids who are digital natives who expect dispatchers to accept these text messages. dispatchers here say they will take anything that gives citizens help fast. this idea have a few wrinkles that need to be ironed out b
