i visited another facility in boise, idaho. where i met a man who had some ptsd issues and to be able to get a consultation from affair is tremendous. multiply that out across the country, you can see what the power of telemedicine to be. the biggest barrier is we don't have enough broadband, enough high-speed internet access out there. people in urban areas, people in rural areas that they don't have internet access at all or they don't have access in the speeds. we're trying to promote more high-speed networks. we can talk a lot about how we're modernizing regulations to make it easier for telephone companies and cable companies and wireless companies and others to build these high-speed networks. congress has told us to implement the universal service fund to subsidize the construction of these networks. th under my leadership we reformed it in a more market-fredly way. to make sure there's accountability on the back end. when we check these companies. they will use these funds to build out the networks. we trying to address
