as i say, there is a lot of work, in my view, that needs to be done in bosnia-herzegovina, to strengthen, but also to streamline the way the institutions work. i was mentioning earlier the issue of this award that we want to give to the students, because we find this educational system dysfunctional. if you engage in the area of education in bosnia-herzegovina, you will find i think there are 13 ministers of education at different level, at the federal level, and the level of the entity, the level of the classrooms, so it is really a complex environment in which to operate and the power structures have somehow become frozen around this very, very diverse and very integrated system with principles of balance of power, which in some ways create a straightj straightjacket also for minority communities, the communities that do not belong to the key, the founding, the key entity, are somehow excluded from the political process in the country. so i think there is need for reforms and for opening. i do not necessarily see the results of this election -- well, we will have to judge, of course. w
