and in boston harbor, they don't see a lot of wave action. but there's nothing to stop sea level rise. we've seen a foot over the last 100 years and that's expected to continue. and it's causes a lot of flooding situations we don't have a storm. it sees more of an impact from coastal flooding. and tonight we coastal flood advisories for main coast, the seacoast, and right on down to the south shore. minor coastal flooding is expected. and then tomorrow, high tide cycle is around noon. and should be lower than today. the water will be running high. and the same idea, minor coastal flooding in the most vulnerable areas. we have heavier downpours down around the south coast and around cape cod. and steadier heavier rainfall is starting to work across the south shore, and over route 3. duxbury included. and the heaviest is moving to marble head, beverly, manchester, catching up on lost time. and heavier rainfall all the way to manchester and across southern new hampshire. it's moving northward and when it's raining, it heavily. and it's dark. and

coast guard had to call in their rescue helicopter to save two people whose boat ran aground in boston harbor. those skyfox was able to capture the chopper using its spotlight to locate the vote. here's some daytime video that skyfox shot of the boat. the coast guard tells us that the pair was brought back to logan airport where they had parked. they will have to salvage the boat but fortunately no one was hurt. the coast guard has suspend for three missing voters from new bedford. the group left a cape cod marina for a missing trip on tuesday. a friend reported them mising when they never came home. the coast guard covered nearly 4,000 nautical miles in cape cod bay but never found the fishermen or their boat. >> a baby found dead two adults found unresponsive. fox 25's crystal haynes went back to marlboro where firefighters tell her the >> we believe it was an accident but, you know, until i guess we hear otherwise. >> reporter: the family of an infant boy pronounced dead after being found with his parents are in shock. neighbors and classmates identify them as 19-year-old gracie and 23-yea
