new england we have essentially clear skies, all in the 20s, as you can see, except downtown boston, logan airport, anyway, 36 degrees. it's a little bit milder on the outer part of the cape with the lower 40s there. here's what's going on with today, we've got some clouds coming in from the northwest. we're starting clear now, but the clouds will come in. the breeze will pick up a little bit, but it's not going a penetrating breeze at times. the wind will be running up to 5 to 15 miles an hour. temperatures by 10:30 this morning mid-40s. and then we go to the upper 40s, and this afternoon it will be around 53 or 54 degrees. most of the sprinkles over the mountains, some of those snow showers will stay up there. and we will be seeing varying amounts of clouds tonight. temperatures fall down, but not nearly as much as last night because of the presence of clouds from time to time. so i think we're only going to go down to about 40 for an average low by early tomorrow 43 in boston, but many of the suburbs 38 to about 42. then we rise up not quite as high as today. we'll have lots of clouds tomorrow.
