ed: a boston university student is out on bail tonight, charged in the crash that killed his best friend. prosecutors say 19-year-old joseph kapp had a blood alcohol level one and a half times the legal limit when he crashed his car into a tree in lunenburg. 18-year-old austin aj robbins was killed in that crash on saturday. a third teenager suffered a minor arm injury and was in court to support kapp. the victim's mother says her son and the driver were best friends. >> they made a terrible mistake and unfortunately, austin paid the price. he was the kid that everybody wanted to be with. ed kapp is charged with motor : vehicle homicide. the man police say confessed to killing two nuns in mississippi, in shackles and a bullet proof one of the nuns killed, sister paula merrill, was originally from stoneham. a judge ordered rodney sanders held on no bond for the two charges of capital murder. maria a new hampshire mother, : found guilty of second-degree murder in the beating death of her own daughter. katlyn marin beat the 3-year-old girl, brielle gage, then lied about it. the toddler died
