so my friend isabella boylston, a fellow principal dancer and i thought why not do it at home. >> youa sense for the people who are for the first time trying these classes at home what has inspired them to start moving? >> honestly i think being in the privacy of one's own home is very forgiving. there are people who said they haven't taken a dance class in 15 years getting up and going to their kitchen and doing a ballet bar, which is so inspiring and heart warming for us as professional dancers as well. so i'm really glad people are getting into it. >> i would much rather dance in my own living room than with others and mirrors. have you been surprised by the number of people who have joined in these classes? >> i have been completely overwhelmed at the outpouring of support and participation. there have been between 15 and 20,000 people daily taking part in these ballet classes. we've been using the #the cindys ballet class. we call other cindy. >> who does this help provide aid for? >> so the dancers emergency fund provides aid for dancers and stage managers. they're the artists w
