it's raining right now around eureka a and heading down to the fort bragg late onville area.et here for the morning commute. temperatures in the 40's and the 50's. hear are the highlights. patches of fog out there. mostly cloudy. chance of light showers tomorrow. most of them will fall during the morning hours and look at cry mild weather into the weekend so we are back into a dry pattern after tomorrow. here's system that is going to produce at least possibility of some showers. it's a weak front. we just have a lot of cloud cover out ahead of the front. what will happen is we'll continue to see the clouds gathering and thickening. by morning some showers move in to the north bay 5 am for the commute but then the rain lane begins to shift and you start to notice wet pavement around the bay also down towards the san mateo county coast line at 7:00 o'clock. front doesn't hold together very well l but the moisture is there drizzle or lit showers for the morning and then that the early afternoon there could be some lingering showers in the east bay to south bay and down toward t

what i was trying to say is this is my third nga meeting and we primarily bragg and we still.about how well we are doing and we still good ideas from other folks. i think the governor beebe gave us a taste of that. we plan to do vote today. this session comes at an important time for us. congress in 2010, passed the healthy under free kids act to which we authorized our nation's child feeding program. we have the honor today of being joined by our secretary and former iowa governor pierre tom vilsack who will offer his unique perspective on the role that governors would peg in addressing childhood hunger as well as opportunities for state and the federal government to parker as a look at the new child nutrition laws. we'll hear from representatives from two major companies who are leading efforts to partner with governors to solve childhood under issues. one of the opportunities we have today is to understand better how we can create and leverage public's-private partnerships or maybe it is as simple as part 9 with wal-mart or dominion to address child under issues. with that,

that means for 13 years it is corn to cost more money to have fort bragg then it would if you did note it. having the pentagon suggest two more rounds when it will aggravate the budget situation for 13 years or at least a decade leaves me scratching my head a little bit. i think it is important to note it does not even break even for a decade, which is problematic. another thing that leads me scratching my head these days is the reports that the military and the administration are looking at substantial cuts to our nuclear deterrence. under start, we will end up with about 1500 weapons. there is consideration of cutting that 80% down to 500 let us say for rounding. that is being generous. it seems to me we end up with 500 nuclear weapons and another country has a couple of hundred. all the incentive in the world is for them to catch us, because it is not that far and not that hard for them to do. i would appreciate your best military judgment on whether cuts of 80% in our nuclear stockpile really are good for the national security of the united states. >> i will not comment on the 80%
