a little system coming into the north has given some very light rain from fort bragg up to eureka andent city. crescent city has only had .03. we've had some around here. a lot of reports of drizzle. low clouds. there are some breaks in the clouds. morning fog, drizzle. partly sunny skies. definitely some sunbreaks. clouds saturday. clearing sunday and then next week early next week looks sunny and warmer after saturday. rainfall for san francisco for january so far, a whopping zero has fallen. there was a .01 in the city. but officially at mint hill, nothing we've never had a dry in san francisco. the driest was .026 back in 1921. i will tell you the extended outlook does not look promising, we should get over 4 inches of rain, 4 plus in january. february has had one dry month. that was 1864. there's never been a dry march. there's still hope. but i will tell you, we need more than hope. we need a pipeline of moisture to come in here. a lot of low clouds in place. the system, weak system is giving us a lot of low clouds. temperatures starting off much warmer. mostly cloudy. drizzle.
