the comments i'm getting from fort bragg to nowent shasta -- mount shasta. everybody is saying it's been warm especially on the coast and the water temps are so warm. we do have mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies. but the cloud cover is on the increase. this is chad from the excels yoerl district with a pretty picture. beautiful sunrise over the district and sf clear and warm. what's going on at sf? well, the lows are staying really warm in the 60s because the water temps are so warm. yet there are cool lows especially to the north. 40s and 50s a lot of cloud cover on the way. humidity is up, up, up. lows are bouncing off some of the lows. we did have upper 40s and 50s. we're getting mid-50s. it will be a mostly cloudy day. the humidity is high. some sun in the morning but a lot of cloud cover. there is a low wrapping up right there. that's tapping into moisture. some sun if you have to do something, i would do it in the morning. i think by this afternoon, we go cloudy to mostly cloudy. there could be light rain. we don't want the thunderstorms. but we'll t
