foot chase started according] to the police report, officer twiddy chased him to the area of bragg and east streets. he caught up with them and they struggled. officer twiddy says denkins pulled a hand began from his at that point, the officer pulled his duty weapon and multiple shots. the report shows twiddy was afraid denkins would either hoot him or take his gun. he then stepped back and fired additional shots at denkins. the handgun found near denkins' body was reported stolen in january. this is no dash cam video since this happened away from the police cruiser. police are asking witnesses who saw the entire incident to come forward. they have people with various reports of what happened, some saw some of it. some saw other parts of it. but they are asking for someone who has seen the whole thing to come forward. now, officer twiddy according to this report suffered minor abrasions and is on administrative leave pending the outcome of this investigation. we will continue to follow this report as we get new information coming in. >> thank you. >>> the preliminary autopsy results are very differ
