we are making a braised curried short rib dish.l you how much i enjoy pressure cooking ... it is not that difficult it saves time you can have a dish like this ready in one hour and it ordinarily would take two or three hours to prepare and cook what i wanted to do is to begin with seared short ribs to add complexity to the sauce and we brown traditional mire pois which is salary and onion and carrot to that i and some heat meaning some curry flavor and chilipepper is and the korean secret.. we will enhance the flavor is this way ... it this can be added to chicken dishes as well i am bringing this all together in my pressure cooker and turning it on low after it is a tightly sealed that steam will bring in so much flavor much more intense than typical stovetop pot cooking ... the shallots and garlic the ginger the lemon grass and the type or caribbean spice it's a long thai or korean spice -- a long list of ingrsdients make this test special i am adding some spicy chili peppers and some women grasslemon grass... my message is not
