this is a story the continues to develop. 10 on your side's brandi cummings has been working on this story all day and joins us with more new information. late this afternoon police released more specific details about what happeneat the house on land street this morning. this incident actually that's when police say they got a call from a woman saying her husband - keith richardson - held her at gunpoint and threatened to kill her. the woman was able to leave the house, but police say mr. richardson barricaded himself inside. according to a news release, hostage negotiators tried talkg richardson out of the home for several hours. they say he refused to lay down his weapon and surrender. then police say richardson walked out of the house, went to his car, then went back inside. then police say richardson came back outside with a gun. police used a k-9 to try and arrest him and police say richardson shot and killed the dog. police say richardson then raised his gun to officers and an officer shot him and a second k-9 was used to arrest him. richardson was arrested at 1:30 this mornin
