the wounded suspect has been identified as 24-year old brandon seeley. he was wanted on a drug-related probabtion violation out of jones county. we have home video from the chase on wellington street in waterloo. -- you'll see the suspect nearly run over a waterloo police officer. nats four s sts are fired,...the driver, now indentifed as brandon seeley, refuses to stop and just keeps on driving, despite being wounded... multiple squad cars speed after seeley. he would lead them on about a 5 5mile chase which comes to an end on south hackett road. you another look.... if you look closely, you can see the officer runs into the street, in an effort to get brandon seeley to pull over....instead seeley keeps on going, and at least four shots are fired, and seeley is wounded. here's anototer video angle at the scene.....just a few minutes after the officer fired at the driver.... this is at the corner of west fourth and wellington streets. you can see several officers securing the scene, and placing numerous evidence markers on the ground, indicating where th
