three men have been indicted for the death of howard high student brandon wingo. the suspects were already serving time behind bars on other charges. nbc 10 delaware bureau spoke with the victims' family about the arrests. >> it just hurts a little more because it happened here. >> reporter: neighbors won't forget the afternoon of may 19 when 15-year-old brandon was shot and killed here on the way home from high school. >> it was not random. it was preplanned. we're not prepared at this point to get into the details of why, but it was not a random shooting. >> reporter: delaware's attorney general not saying why someone would kill brandon, but knows who killed him. they indicted three on first degree murder charges, all three already locked up on other charges, now charged with his death, and they are charged as gang members. they are part of the shoot-to-kill or stk gang terrorizing some neighborhoods, but, again, not saying what led investigating to these suspects or why he was a target. >> he was a victim, clearly, and it was premeditated on the part of the def

nbc 10's brandon hudson has that story. >> reporter: the montgomery county district attorney's office just told us that the 40-year-old man was arrested today. we've got a look at the criminal complaint which says some of the inappropriate touching between the 40-year-old man and 13-year-old student happened in his office at this school. upper gywneth police arrested this man, marcus forte who worked in the i.t. department. we've reached out to the school to see if he's still employed. these allegations go back to the fall of last year. the young girl told her therapist forte touched and kissed her at least six times in his office at the academy and forte was referred in a number of inappropriate text and facebook messages. he tried to make out and inappropriately touch the teenager. paperwork say when he met with police he denied the claims he touched her but then said he did accidentally. police say forte knew the 14-year-old girl and her mother. the d.a.'s office does not believe there are any other victims. brandon hudson, nbc 10 news. >>> now is your chance to live like a princes
