commissioner bill bratton, former commissioner of new york police department, los angeles as well. commissioner, we continue to see scenes like this unfold. law enforcement, guns drawn. these are live pictures. you can see the heavy law enforcement presence, if you will. your assessment of this situation is that this is not something we should be overly alarmed about at this point, is that right? >> in response to these type of incidents, not only does the entity with primary jurisdiction, in this case the broward county sheriff's department respond, but you get these sources coming in from a myriad of other locations. federal, state and local. so, one of the things they'll quickly set up will be incident command post to get people to report there, assignments. takes a while to get your arms around something this complex. it doesn't get much more complex than an airport. the airport is huge with all these moving parts, as evidenced by the video you've been showing. similarly, we haven't seen graphics of what the airport looks like when referencing different terminal numbers. it ref
