monique braxton is live in wilmington this morning with details on her funeral. monique? >> reporter: hi, rosemary. a public viewing for the first female firefighter to die in wilmington gets under way in about four hours. for the past few minutes, we have been watching fire trucks from the department begin to assemble here. they're expecting firefighters from all across the country. a ladder truck, several of them now are positioning themselves, getting in place. hope is the third firefighter to die from injuries she suffered on september 24th when the candy park row home was allegedly set on fire by the homeowner's daughter. the fire department says hope rushed in, attempting to save the firefighters who were trapped. lieutenant christopher leech and senior firefighter jerry fickes. they were on the first floor when the floor collapsed in the 1900 block of ran view road. hope, a 23 year veteran, responded to the may day call. she's now survived by three children. fire officials tell us on scene they plan to see hope's body arriving about 8:00 this morning. you can see t

monique braxton is live for us in king of prussia to show us the conditions outside. monique? >> good morning, to you. if you're heading out this morning i should tell you one thing's for sure it's very windy. you may want to hold on the tour hat. we set out this morning just after 4:00 riding towards the airport on the schuylkill expressway. we did run into minimal patches of fog. and then we turned around and decided let's head out west to the suburbs. so first let me show you some video that was taken from new jersey in haddon township. you can see the fog is pretty thick there. that's how it was for the first couple of hours of overnight. and then after 4:00, as krystal has been telling us, the fog began to dissipate. so you see the beautiful christmas lights here at the king of prussia town center keeping everybody in the mood. and just beyond the lights we're going to show you the toll plaza. as you can see the toll plaza is crystal clear. but you still want to be very careful, because it's slippery, and you may run into some of the residual ice and snow slush that's lef

monique braxton is live for us where the chase came to an abrupt halt. what happened? >> reporter: good morning to you both. police tell us a teenager that crashed into this tree could have been killed. you can see the trash here. the teen had taken out this trash minutes before midnight when the car plowed through. this is video from the aftermath of the scene. police say the crashed silver suv was stolen from montgomery county. police from several communities have been pursuing it overnight. the stolen car also smashed up another car and broke through a brick and concrete wall. the woman that owns this property says her 13-year-old niece had just taken the trash outside. >> if she had been a couple of seconds longer out here it would have hit her. heaven knows what would have happened. >> when she told me that i was scared. >> reporter: police tell us they arrested two men in the car. one was arrested at the scene and the other ran over the 69th and cedar park avenue. he was arrested there. police also say this investigation is far from over. right now they are check

the chart master, carter braxton worth is here at the smart board to explain what he says is a win-winde. how could that be, carter? >> how could that be? win-win. the year has been characterized by rotation, hyper rotation and at this point, one is right to fade the great winner of late financials and double back and pick up some health care. but let's look at the setup here for financials. this is the nasdaq bank index several hundred companies, and what a textbook breakout. well-defined tops at a common level. take it away. put it back. take it away. put it back. it's beautiful. right? but the question is, it's awfully steep. how do you know when a breakout started to run its course? there is something known as a measured move. the lows here for the past two years, 2,400. and the breakout level, essentially, 3,100. that's 700 points. if you add 700 points on to the 3,100 level, you get 3,800. that is exactly where this is trading. so a measured move, talk about this in the 30s and 40s is the width of the range that perceives the breakout. so we have an epic breakout. but it's accomp
