i'ming on ga brees in for -- i'm olga breese in for howard bernstein this morning. we're starting off with cloudy skies and a little bit of dampness but the rain is well to our south. right now the moisture hasn't actually worked its way up into our area just yet. a lot of us will remain dry throughout the day today but can't rule out the possibility for a little bit after sprinkle to move on through. temperatures will move out of the 30s. we'll hit the lower 40s by early morning. by about noontime our high temperature should be in the low to mid-40s. and that's what we're going to hold on to well into the afternoon. overall though today it's going to feel a little bit damp and dreary, although our temperatures are in the 40s right now, feeling a little bit cooler than that the highs are going to be a little cool to the north. the package handle of maryland and west virginia -- panhandle of maryland and west virginia should stay in the 30s to near 40 degrees. we're keeping a green alert today but as the cooler, drier air starts coming in on north winds tomorrow, you
