i am brenda barrels and work at san francisco general, and all i want to say is over the years i have been a 30 year employee of the city and now i'm taking home what i made six years ago, so something is absolutely wrong, and this is only going to make it worse. i mean we all sucked it up to pay our pension. i know employees that lost their homes for that get back and now you want to take more from the low paid people. it doesn't make any sense and it doesn't matter even if it's legal it's just not right for a city to behave that toward the people like me and others who work our butts off for the city. me, i am one of those people, i am working like an administrator. i'm not getting paid like an administrator but that's okay. i care about the patients i take care of it and there a lot of us out there like that and for you to do this when we give you everything i think is outrageous and i hope you guys don't go along with this and keep the workers in san francisco. we can't be happy but at least be fair.
