(pam) the man accused of mowing down a crowd ....and killing an 18-year old in new york's times square ... entered no plea in his first court appearance today... prosecutors say, 26-year-old richard rojas had said he wanted to quote " kill them all" ... and that police should have shot him to stop him. a toxicology report shows, rojas had p-c-p in his system and they say he has a history of drunk driving. the 18-year-old woman who was killed was visiting new york with her family... she was walking with her 13-year-old sister... who was also injured. rojas will be back in court next week.
