"waukee people, is where it's at... he tags gino risola and his wife brea, saying "no better company to be had." and gino writes back "love you too bro." this was just two months ago. now brea, the victim's wife, also posted a message on facebook thanking people for their kind and thoughtful messages since her husband's death... she says her children are devastated and now mcguinness had only recently moved to iowa... he grew up in quincy, massachusetts. and the patriot ledger newspaper in that area has compiled a comprehensive look at his criminal history which began at age 11. it includes this quote from quincy police captain john dougan "we are familiar with him and we've had dealings with him." end quote. an understatement maybe. in 1990 mcguinness was sentenced to 20 years in prison for robbery at gunpoint. in prison, he head-butted a correctional officer, which added to his sentence. but he was released in 1999, before ret
