we're live at the scene in brentwood. you say several people were airlifted it the hospital. >> reporter: that's right. two people have been taken to the medical center in walnut creek. we're near the oakwood resort in the delta here, a little bit east of brentwood. you see a little bit of the scene here as bnsf law enforcement as well as amtrak personnel are here at the scene. you see a scene behind them. that is the -- what happened was, amtrak 713 was a passenger train collided with a 4 by 4 pickup truck taken away moments ago. it was pulling a trailer with a jet ski out of the water. the accident happened about 2:45 this afternoon. the driver had pulled the jet ski in the water. the jet ski didn't start. he was pulling it out and for some reason, stopped his truck on the tracks. now, the train traveling northbound from the -- my -- well, from your right side to the left side, the train
