expected to formally remove two more officers connected to the raid that resulted in the death of breonna taylor miles cosgrove fired the fatal shot that ended taylor's life according to the fbi and the other is joshua james who controversial warrant brought officers to taylor's home in march. both officers received pre-determination letters on tuesday informing them of the decision. cosgrove providing the news to nbc news but no further comment. a lawyer for james saying the decision unjust and said, quote. >> reporter: the anticipated termination is a new acknowledgment by the interim police chief you see here following the june firing of hankinson who is the only officer indicted by a grand jury is facing three counts of wanton endangerment for recklessly firing shots in a neighboring apartment. several grand jurors speaking out including daniel cameron saying they were not given options for homicide charges against the officers. >> we want to know what exactly did he present to the grand jury? was you even in breonna's favor at all. >> reporter: anita baker calling the family's decision cour
