: bret sure. there is no doubt about it what we are looking at now is the sausage making compromise to try to get something that both sides are at least moderately happy about. but, you're right, each side has in their back pocket a couple of fail-safe pieces of legislation that they can move quickly if that does, indeed happen and the markets move like that. the treasury secretary has been adamant that august 2nd is that day. obviously there are people out there that argue that about the income coming in, the revenue coming in. i should say to the federal government that they could pay bills and maybe august 8th is the day. maybe it's later than that. that's not an argument that the administration has been willing to even budge on. and from every official saying that that is the drop dead day. and if you hear wall street, if you hear people talk about it, it is a teetering point and how the markets react to it is key. i think the other key point here is that we wouldn't be at this spot of limping
