kristina partsinevelos and contessa brewer have the key investors to watch. >> it's driven by the accessource software and now major investments in ai platforms, all within the last three years, and this upcoming earnings report will shed some light as it's sharing revenues from its data platform based on the cloud. analysts say this is a good push for ibm software business but they see more potential in its consulting business with its 20,000-plus strong staff they're desperate for help implementing these complex ai systems. call it a kconsulting ai uplift they contribute 75% of ibm's total revenues the street consensus right now expects full year 2023 software and consulting revenue growth to fall in line with guidance especially right now as you have companies cautious with their i.t. budgets they expect free cash flow to be slightly above the guidance level which bodes well for its cash flows. >> all eyes are macau. you know it ee been a year since they've fully reopened and yet shares of las vegas sands are down 12% it's as though investors have given sands no credit for macaw's reo

. >>> let's move to las vegas stands, jumping despite missing profit estimates contessa brewer has a the numbers. >> luck was really at play here, or hold, how much the casino keeps of the mwagers made. they say the retail segment there surpassed 2019 levels. luck favors marina bay sands in singapore and the ceo called it probably the most valuable hotel building in the world. the high value customers, they came, they spent gambling up 339% over last year. in spite of a massive construction project there, and slow recovery in visitation from china. goldstein says plans for singapore will take it from $2 billion to $3 billion a year by the end of the decade. overall, you're looking at adjusted property ebitda at 94% of the same quarter of 2019, pre-covid. and yet, lvs shares over the last year, down 10%. on the call, sands coo and president patrick dumont said, yeah, right there, that's a buying opportunity so, lvs bought back a half billion dollars worth of shares, committed to buying $250 million in shares of sands china and ceo rob goldstein will join me for an exclusive interview

e*trade from morgan stanley >>> we are now -- tested brewer is, traveled visor. the dow today. this actually has been a strong group, a strong stock in a stronger. what is happening with the numbers today? >> earnings come out and they just blew away exportation. well as far as analysts, in fact, just published a note raising her price target from 182 to 211. which is what it is at right now as you can see. almost 7% on that massive earnings b. the global insurer, mike, sent record quarterly highs in poor income earnings per share and return on equity. that came in at 24%, year on year. look, they are just writing lots of new policies. they are charging more for premiums. they are keeping the customers that they have, even when the premiums are higher. those higher interest rates have been good for insurers in general. for sure good for travelers. so much of their investments are in fixed income. by the way, fourth quarter certainly helped by lower catastrophe losses. that is a reversal from the much higher catastrophe costs in the previous quarters of the year.
