dagen: brian.: i read this morning that the biden administration is overturning keystone pipeline. we know regulation is coming. to me, that's like hitting right at the backbone of the u.s. economy which would be a growth killer. do you see the policies sneaking up on investors later this year and dampening the enthusiasm that we see right now? >> it's amazing when they said we were going to be energy dependent. really to undo that, you're right, that's the backbone, we rely on that. here we see a lift on all prices and just like steve said, more regulation. i think right now we are looking and saying the market is not factoring those things in. right now it's sitting with so much liquidity and driving up all of the stocks and momentum that we have seen. part of the issue is going to be all of this regulation, undoing all of this stuff that trump did to help, you know, break up the regulation and get companies to start growing again. it's definitely going to be a headwind, brian, for sure. dagen: t

>> i do, brian. we are in the darkest months of this pandemic and there are parts of our health care system that are changing. that are having to compromise care for other patients because of the load of covid patients. the presentation of a lot of new strains we've discovered where the rate of transmission is higher. we're looking down the barrel where we might see even more cases so even though this plan is ambitious, it is what we've needed all along. what i like about what was revealed tonight, more details it sounds like may come tomorrow, is the vaccination, the national vaccination plan that was laid out does three things. it focuses on manufacturing more doses by putting resources behind that production. it ensures that there is distribution to new places where people can get vaccinated. so not one or two sites of administration but mobile vaccination sites, community help centers. and then it works really on equity. we can't allow now the rollout of the vaccines to play out along the same di
