kellie ridneck and i am the project manager. i am relatively new to this project. i am joined today i have our publinformaon officer, and our project lead engineering brian degussman and contract lead and also joined by our co monitoring division. the neighborhood outreach is pretty stand but we will do a little bit of extra things here so that because there is so much going on with traffic, with development and all of that, but what you see here is basic outreach noticing, thirty day and ten-day noticing when we start construction and the open communication with the community on-site we have our pio, public information officer visiting the site regularly, so being open to comments that are coming in. we do both mailings, physical mailings which will be the 30-day and 10-day an also on as-needed basis a newsletter in the mail, a hard copy to folks within a four block radius. next slide. we have a project website that has been up for some time and will be updated regularly. we also will have a newsletter, e-mail newsletter that will go out similar to what the city is doing now in the second street project that will go out on a regular basis and that is electronic o
