meantime we're going to trade some bitcoin brian kelly is on the good, old-fashioned phone.hat do you think of this pull back on bitcoin, have you added to your position at all? >> no it's interesting, i haven't added to my position, what's happening in the crypto market you're seeing some dispersions out of bitcoin but not leaving the ecosystem. it's going into ethereum, solano and adams, all of names i'm long on this is a pause that could refresh. i don't think the bitcoin story is over, i wouldn't look just at bitcoin and say crypto is over but we are seeing a rotation to other crypto currency. >> we talked to pantera yesterday who said the non-bitcoin, non-ethereum market has vastly increased and his pick right now is polka dot. james mcdonald you're in bitcoin through an etf, i believe, how do you feel about this you pull back >> what's interesting about bitcoin there's so much mystique that it draws a lot of attention and can be controversial holding. what's different from that mystique is this is a dip and ripped type of security. on the 19th that big plummet did not

brian kelly, what do you think about the notion of this space needle happening this month? >> well, i'm going stick only to the space needle that would be the stock market and say i think the question you ask is exactly what concerned me, right okay we get this huge exhaustive rally. all the institutions in, all retail is in tom is talking about a face ripper rally now i've got the whole reddit crowd. i've got stocks ripping higher and wait a second, what's next so i do think -- like i said, i'm rather bullish right now but if i'm looking on the horizon, what are the risks? i got the risk that if oil really is in a supply deficit second half of the year, that's going to have some inflationary pressures. i've got the risk that as the supply chain problems come into the economy, you get inflationary precious. that's why you don't in those situations, you don't want to be long the high multiple stocks because they will get hurt in that situation. so from where i sit, relatively bullish for right now, but an awful lot of risks on the horizon, especially if you see a space needl

brian kelly, how do you weigh all of strategists that are getting more bearish the calls have not workedse the market keeps going high sore it is tough to stick by this. >> right, i think all of these calls and tony's in particular it is a tactical move. what does that mean. you made a lot of money this year i think that is probably the move here. if i look at the market and say what are the dangers out there i think the biggest danger is the federal reserve under estimatins and then you get wage inflation and a policy mistake comes nap is what will probably stop this rally on a more permanent basis. >> are you in wyoming now? >> i might be. >> i ask that because you mentioned the fed. i'm thinking about jackson hole. when do they, that confab happen over the summer, and i'm thinking about the fed possibly using language to indicate that maybe they will taper their bond purchases this year which is what a recent survey indicated and how the markets guy would take something like that i love, first of all you're totally in my head i was going to mention it from last night, and then i was g

we've seen a lot domicile, but we've also seen as your colleague brian kelly announced today, we've companies these banks. trying to solve a practical problem. which is that historically the branch regulators in the u.s. were not friendly to crypto. now to be clear, the fdic would not ensure crypto any way so they're not insured by the fdic for example but there is a lot of reticence on the part of regulators we have watched the ice thaw but it hasn't gone yet but a lot of crypto start-ups not get a basic bank account to pay payroll and vendors, they were out of business if they lost their bank accounts and in the last crypto bull market there was a big crack down on the crypto start-ups and i watched many of them literally have to close doors. you're not a business in the united states if you don't have a bank account and many of them lost their bank accounts and the last minute and couldn't find another one in time before the end of the year. and literally had to close their doors. it was tough because there were a lot of legitimate businesses in that position and that is the problem wyomin
