brian moore was in the courtroom, he joins us live from bellefonte, pennsylvania, with the latest. brian? >> reporter: an investigator testified today that a search turned up an address list. on it, the names of some of the his accusers with stars next to them. one of those boyce, now 18, testified today in graphic disturbing detail about what he said happened to him repeatedly in the sandusky home. this was expected to be the very last prosecution witness. once again the prosecution uses the words of jerry san dulles kiss against him. yesterday it was the bob costas interview. today it was what sandusky said to an angry mother who confronted him after she found out her 11-year-old boy had showered with him. sandusky said i would apologize, but i can't. i wish i were dead. the prosecution is expected to wrap up the case officially on mondays. then we are expected to hear from the defense and jerry san dulles kiss himself. i'm brian moore, news4. >> besize jerry sandusky, any other defense witnesses, do you expect? >> reporter: that's the big question. do any of them matter other tha

brian moore, wbal-tv 11 news. >> now an update to our breaking news from yesterday. a special session for a sixth casino site in maryland will not happen in july. it comes after a work group in annapolis failed to reach agreement over the proposed site. lowell melser joins us live from the newsroom with reaction. >> it was just last friday when officials from mgm resorts international announced in annapolis their big plans for a casino resort at the national harbour. it had the blessing of governor o'malley, who planned to call a special session for july. now it looks like that will not happen. it was touted as a world-class casino and resort, destination for tourists and residents alike, right in the middle of the national harbour in prison or discounted. it would have 40,000 slot machines and 250 table games. last friday in gm resorts international and the developer signed a letter of intent with the state to build a casino, as long as the sixth site was approved, table games were legalized, and the state dropped its unusually high tax rate from 67% to around 62%.

brian moore as the latest from bellefonte, pennsylvania. >> reporter: jurors finished their first day of deliberations with a question. today lawyers from the prosecution and defense answered back. prosecutor joe mcgettigan, and joseph amle dolla took turns reading testimony of two witnesses. mcqueary is the only third-party witness to tell the jury he saw one of the alleged crimes. on the stand, he was adamant. though it was a glimpse, he said he saw sandusky assaulting a young boy. a witness said a shaken mcqueary told him. i kept say, what did you see, he testified? each time he would come back to the sounds. the alleged victim has not been located, and the charges related to that incident rest on mcqueary's word. still, that's only alleged victim representing only a few of the 48 counts against the former penn state assistant football coach. the jury has been sequestered. unaware of any of the new abuse allegations level at sandusky. one comes from his adopted son matt, the other by traffic weaver, who tells nbc's "rock center" he was abused by engineer are sandusky for year. no w
