and i noticed that the moore county fire marshal brian few other officials. they are about to go out to the dam to meet with safety engineers to see where things stand. but as you mentioned, houses along 690 have been evacuated as well as those in spring lake along the lower little river. let me show you video from last night of the evacuation. the moore county public safety department said that a breach of the dam is, quote, highly likely but we are stressing occurred. and an official told the pilot newspaper that a small motion of the dam washed away and workers were mitigating it, and a breach remained a likelihood. evacuees said that fire trucks went to their homes with someone on the loud speaker urging them to get out. we spoke with a woman who was outside her house when a fire >> my 11-year-old was outside with me and she started shaking and was in tears. it scared all of us, and our neighbor, she's pregnant, really upset. everyone jumped from their vehicles and grabbed our kids and ran to the dollar general. >> mother nature is mother nature. just be
